This mare came to us with a baby in tow. As casual as she is about her kiddo, we wouldn’t be surprised if this were not her first. So we want to make sure she can find a home where she can retire from the broodmare life and take a well deserved break. She’s extremely polite while on a halter, stands perfectly for the farrier and loads into the trailer before we even ask her to! We’re giving her time after raising her son before we assess her rideability – but from her ground manners we have high hopes that she knows more about riding than we do.
