About Celeste

Celeste is a beautiful mare who takes a while to trust humans. She can be caught in the field once she trusts her humans and has a curious personality, but her curiosity may take some time to develop into trust in people. Once caught she does pretty well on halter, but will need an experienced home that is used to working with horses that need time to trust. She picks up on behaviors quickly and works hard when she knows what’s expected out of her in a relationship. She does well with other horses and is happy out in pasture with them. Due to an old tendon injury, she cannot be ridden. She has a lot to learn with people, but we think she’ll be worth it. Up for a worthwhile project? She just may be your gal.
